Meeting new people can be exciting. Morpho is designed to help users connect and communicate in a respectful, safer environment. However, online connections always require awareness and personal responsibility.

Our goal is to support you with tools that encourage safer interactions. At the same time, a safer dating experience largely depends on your own decisions and the steps you choose to take.

How the App Supports You

We offer tools and measures intended to help create a safer platform:

• Email verification: Accounts are created using an email address. We do not request phone numbers, government-issued IDs, or other highly sensitive personal information.
• Reporting system: Users can report accounts for reasons such as fake profiles, inappropriate content, underage concerns, spam or advertising, explicit material, abusive language, or other disturbing behavior.
• Blocking feature: You may block any user at any time to stop communication.
• Review based on community guidelines: Reported accounts are reviewed and, when necessary, actions such as warnings, restrictions, or account removal may be taken.

These measures aim to support a safer experience, but they do not eliminate all possible risks.

Community Guidelines

These guidelines set out what is and is not acceptable on Morpho. They apply to every profile, photo, message, and video call. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a restriction, or the permanent removal of your account.

Zero tolerance: child safety. Morpho is an adults-only platform for users aged 18 and over. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behavior that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or grooms a minor, is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. This includes drawn, animated, computer-generated, and AI-generated material. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.

When we obtain actual knowledge of such content or behavior, we remove it, permanently terminate the accounts involved, and report the matter to the competent authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, or the relevant law-enforcement authority in the applicable jurisdiction. Reports involving minors are prioritised for review.

Also prohibited. The following will be actioned when reported or detected:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at a person or group.
• Sexual content sent to someone who has not consented to receive it.
• Sharing intimate images of another person without their consent, or threatening to do so.
• Impersonation, fake profiles, and using photos of someone other than yourself.
• Requesting money, financial details, or gifts, and any form of romance scam.
• Prostitution, trafficking, or the sale of sexual services.
• Promoting or organising violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful activity.
• Spam, advertising, and bulk or automated messaging.

How to report. Use the in-app Report feature, available on user profiles, inside chats, and during random video matching. Choose the reason that fits best — including Underage — and your report goes directly to our review team. You can also block any user at any time. What You Should Keep in Mind

For your own safety, we strongly encourage you to:

• Avoid sharing personal information (such as your address, phone number, financial details, or social media accounts) too early.
• Choose public and safe locations for initial in-person meetings.
• End conversations if you feel uncomfortable, pressured, or unsafe.
• Be cautious of users who request money or try to move conversations off the platform.
• Use the report and block features whenever something feels suspicious or inappropriate.

User Responsibility and the Platform’s Role

This app acts as a platform that enables users to connect with one another. All conversations, interactions, and in-person meetings between users take place at the users’ own discretion and responsibility.

The app:

• Does not control users’ offline behavior,
• Does not guarantee the identity, intentions, or actions of users,
• Cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from user interactions.

For this reason, we encourage all users to exercise good judgment and prioritize personal safety at all times.

Support and Reporting

If you encounter behavior that makes you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or violates community standards:

• Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools.
• In situations involving immediate danger, contact local emergency services in your country.

Creating a safer community is a shared responsibility between the platform and its users.
